What Gives Me Hope Seeing people who are currently scraping to get by themselves still care enough to donate their time and food to the poor. It's powerful stuff.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by If I were mayor I'd work my butt off to be the best possible public official I could be, so I could rocket my political career into overdrive and eventually become president. Then, well, equal rights across the board for every man, woman, and child. Then I'd get to work on a functional universal health care system while congress and the senate work on a new green jobs initiative. I'd be busy...
What/who changed my life and why my parents. my mother because she taught me that being different doesn't mean there's something wrong with you. it's those differences that make us beautiful. and my father, because he grew up so poor and has worked hard his entire life just so his family would never have to go through what he had to. they're both very inspirational people and i realize how very blessed I am to have them in my life.
