If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Send the federal reserve a walking. Disarm the whole military of the US and then tell all the countries that we're sorry for blowing them up and destroy'n their families and homes and countries and then ask the Nobel peace price winners to run for office.
The entire campaign slogan would be "WORLD WIDE PEACE" project,
organize reconstruction of homes, bussiness, schools and hosipal of the dammage we've commited.

Then I'd....

Make each day of the week a holiday.

Monday....Meeting...needs of others day. Balance what's already around.

Tuesday....turning off the TV day.

Wensdays....Whole Earth Day.
(do something that effects whole earth. ex.plant a tree. 300 million forks planting a tree on Wensdays, think about it).

Thursdays.....Thanksgiving Day!
