Arthur Tyler has appealed his case to the U.S. Supreme Court in what is likely to be his last chance to win a new trial. If it is denied, Tyler’s execution could be scheduled for later this year. Ohio Governor Ted Strickland can pardon Tyler or commute his sentence.
