If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Outlaw high carbon emission automobiles, secure a national public transportation system, reverse the roles of trash pickup and recycling pickup (in my town, trash removal is free and there are no restrictions on the amount of garbage you put out; yet I have to pay $20 a month to have any recycling picked up?)
