Dear Jay,  Hello!  It has been quite a while since I've heard from you.  I hope that you are doing well  What have you been up to, recently? / I am STILL experiencing Brutal Migraines nearly every Day. The vast majority of them are totally unrelenting. /  Next Wednesday, Paul and I shall be off to Texas to celebrate our adopted niece and newphew's 1st. Dearest Jay,  Good Early Morning to you!  How are you?  I am "hanging in there", so to speak. / What have you been up to, lately?  I have been writing a great deal; also coping with brutal Migraines, and severe Pain in my Back, Shoulders, and Neck.  Unfortunately, I have very bad Sciatica and Scoliosis.  By the way, I very recently learned how to insert an "emoticon" (by accident), into a comment.  It is sooooooooooo cool, man!!!!!!!!!!  I love it. / Jay, how long did it take you to "adjust" to this site?  Did you grow up with computers?  My husband, Paul, and myself never used a computer until last April, 2010. / The following is a quote by Ralph Bunche:  "There are no warlike people, just warlike leaders." / God bless you, always, Sweetie.  Love and Light,  Cathy. xxx.
