If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	I don't think I deserve the responsibility of a position of power like that. Though, I'd like to require citizens (if I were mayor) to have some kind of volunteer work done for a non-profit organization, donate a certain percentage of their income to a good cause or do something to beautify the commuity (pick up trash, start a butterfly garden, increase recycling.)
