If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Take some of the money allowed for town improvements and also the state lotto money profits, and use it to provide needed clothes, etc for our children. I'd use it to also pay for school books and lunches and ALL school costs, so they are free to ALL school children, including college students, so EVERY child has an equal opportunity for a higher education!
