If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	-stop all forms of animal cruelty -fired John Howard -protect forest -lower rates -longer jail time for criminals, and bring back the death penalty ( some people are not worth being here) -those living on the dole will not recieve money, instead recieve vouchers for food etc.. -hemp fields for paper instead of wood plantations - sign the 'kioto agreement'
