If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Do away with capital punishment. Did it ever bring someone back from the dead? Undo a wrong, or take away an agonizing torture? No. Did anyone ever stop missing someone when it was done? Never. And I would extend it to animals whose only crime was not having a home.
