"I think over again my small adventures
My fears, those small ones that seemed so big
For all the vital things I had to get and reach
And yet there is only one great thing
    The only thing
To live to see the great day that dawns
And the light that fills the world."

    Our friendship is an ocean
    Far and wide
    Never ending
    Filled with memories
    That last a lifetime
    Our friendship is
    Just like the stars
    Both go beyond
    Man's reach
    So best friends it is
    Now and forever.
That's the best feeling there is
    Nothing could be better
    Now and forever.

"If you have only two pennies
left in the world, with the first penny

     With the second penny,

    you should buy a lily.

    Kindness to Animals

    Little children, never give
Pain to things that feel and live
    Let the gentle robin come
For the crumbs you save at home
As his meat you throw along
He’ll repay you with a song.
    Never hurt the timid hare
Peeping from her green grass lair
Let her come and sport and play
On the lawn at close of day.
The little lark goes soaring high
To the bright windows of the sky
Singing as if t'were always spring
And fluttering on an untired wing
Oh! Let him sing his happy song
Nor do these gentle creatures wrong.

... and a blessed week sweet friend

    A Halloween Poem

    Hallowed be thy frightful night
    Of jack-o-lanterns burning bright
Through darkened skies and foggy streets
Where hungry mouths do beg for treats

A night when witches mount their mops
As werewolves howl and lick their chops
And shadows lurking in the trees
Pounce on children as they please

Through cobb-webbed doors and broken knobs
Are vaguely heard the muffled sobs
Of those poor souls, lured by greed
Into the lair of a goblins feed

Still trick or treaters soldier on
To overflow their bags till dawn
    Dodging monsters at every turn
For sweets the sticky fingers yearn

And for the ones who get away
T'is said for days they eat and lay
Till gouls and goblins raise a toast
To toothless grins that ate the most

    Let Me Live
    The darkness is closing in
    Soon I will be gone
    Why do I deserve this?
    I've done nothing wrong.
I'm thrown in to a crate
I feel so cold and alone
    I wonder what's next
    The future is unknown.
    Hundreds of others around me
    Screaming for their parents
I know they will not come
    They've been shot protecting us.
    Everyday this happens
    Innocent animals killed for money
    Another day, another kill
It's not the one bit funny.
    Do your self a favour
If not for you, for your future kids
    Save us endangered animals
    Please just let us live!

    Human Energy

    When I give light
    I also receive,
    When I smile
    I give light to others,
    they give light to me.
    It is with the light
    all of us give, all,
    that we are free.

    Our Friendship

Our friendship is like an ocean
    That goes down so deep
I compare it like a rose
Whose beauty you want to keep.

Our friendship is like a river
That I know will never end
I see it like a dove
With a beautiful message to send.

Our friendship is like a song
That goes on and on forever
It is in our hearts prisoner
That will be free for ever.

As I think of our friendship,
    I always see
    Mere words can't describe
    what you mean to me.
    When this cold, hard world
    makes me sad and blue
    I look up to see
    my sweet friend, You.
    No matter the miles
    that keep us apart
    We're always together
    in each other's hearts
You're the moon in my sky,
    the shoulder where I lie.
    the field where I play.
    You're everything I am,
    everything for you I'll do.
    So what I am saying
    is I LOVE YOU!

    ... I wish you a great week

"Being a woman created by God is such a privilege- and the gift of your femininity is something you can give both to yourself and to the people around you. Just one flower, one candle, can warm up a cold, no-nonsense atmosphere with an aura of ‘I care.' Women have always had the ability to transform an environment, to make it comfortable and inviting. I believe you should rejoice in that ability and make the most of it... The spirit of femininity is so many things... It is people accepted and nurtured, loveliness embraced and shared. More important, the spirit of femininity is the spirit of care and compassion. In my mind, the most feminine woman is one with an eye and ear for others, and a heart for God."
