If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Harsher punishment for anyone who abuses or neglects animals.
What/who changed my life and why Fostering my first litter of puppies (Parker came from that litter.) because it opened my eyes to seeing that maybe lil ol' me can make a difference in someones life. :)
