Oops I need two comments.. .)

And that's it. It brings different experiences to each "breather". You are in a group of people and half of you is breathing and the other half is looking after the breathers, so that some accident is solve when happens. There is a loud rythmic music to help you get "there", and you just need to breathe a lot, your body is then kind of "overoxygenated". It takes few hours.
I'm looking for it, cos I feel I need it, but also a bit afraid, who knows what may come.. What I will learn.

    Enough for the time being,
    have a great time,
    take care

    Hi Hideko
I'm sorry for not replying for so a long time, but I was in a real time presure Firstly exams at school, which I have now passed all luckily, but I have another little "problem" .) I should have written almost all my bachelor work by now and I'm just about to start...
Hmm, I thought you are not celebrating Christmas, thanks for info. I hope you enjoyed also the New Year's Eve, as you did Christmas, and your start of the new year was fine.
The holotropic breathing is a method of getting in somewhat like trance, not actually, it is called "changed state of mind". It is helpful when you need to solve some problem, psychic or pchycosomatic or just want to strengthen your perception of the world or you want to know more about yourself...

Oh yes, I totaly agree with you, life is a chalenge, and everything has its cause, we ourselves create our destiny.
Hmm, buddhist faith sounds interesting, there is a lot of truth in this "relegion"..
Nowadays I'm also working on being a better person. I try to solve out everything unsolved within me... I'm going to try holotropic breathing, maybe you know something about it...
Well, have a great time, and in case you are celebrating Christmas, have a wonderful holiday, but I guess you are not.. Actually I'm not sure..
