If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would establish stronger equal rights/personal freedoms laws, change the economy over to a green/welfare state economy, eliminate the ellectoral college and establish a popular vote/no-party system, and conduct social science studies to find ways to create permanent social change.
