Wild Fact About Me I am VictorianTigress- I had an accout here on but it seems to have been canceled for some reason, during a time that I could not get access to the internet for a few months. I was very disappointed to lose my record of my care2 friends. My profile name and my business name is victorian tigress also, this is because I am like two personalities wrapped up into one. I like a lot of old-fashioned things like lace, antiques, romance, Victorian style clothing, hats, shoes, clothing (especially to collect it) and other older time periods, such as the Art Noveau period, and the Arts and Craft period, especially in decor and furniture. As for the tigress part, I am especially fond of the tiger, and leopard prints in decor and clothing, and some of the primitive, natural or jungle theme jewelry.
My Philosophy "Today is the first day of the rest of my life", "Change is beautifuland courageous", "Too much of a good thing is wonderful", "Change is a good thing","You are pure potential", "Winners never quit, Quitterswin", The best thing to hold onto in life is each other", "Never, Never, Never Give Up", "Success is the best revenge"
What Gives Me Hope "That all things are possible" and that "Change is a good thing"

What/who changed my life and why Almost losing two of my children during two seperate events was most earth shattering for me at the time. My older son who is now 24 years old was very ill as a newborn and needed open heart surgery, and was in the hospital most of his first year of life. HE'S MY MIRACLE BABY! My other son who is ow 16 years old almost left us when he was in a coma at three years old. This was due most probably from a viral infection of "cat scratch fever" which affected his brain and causedsevere seizures and brain swelling. He did come out of the coma after the doctors told me several times to say "goodbye" to my son because he would be dead in a few minutes or within a a short time. He miraculously recovered. They then told me that he would be physically and mentally handicapped due to the time he was in the coma and since he di not respond at first. He seemed to have forgotten everything, including my name and how to eat. There was a lot of prayer from friends, family and myself: it is the one thing that I believe helped because the doctors could not explain the fact that my son came out of the coma, let alone that he also miraculously began to respond, remember, and get all of his physical and mental abilites back rapidly. He never went more than a couple of times to the physical or occupational therapists that he was referred to. Shortly aterward he began to do headstands better than any oof the other children. He didnot know how to do this before he became ill. He is now 16 and has not had any seizures since that time and is as strong as an ox, very tall, stocky, strong, and ets "A" grades, which is often far superior than my other children. "HE IS MY MIRACLE BOY"
