If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by I would strive to give people dignety, not hand outs,I would strive to provide work and decent housing,I would curb the "priviledges" of goverment employees, I would give every rich corp.,person who gives employment and helps people a tax break,all others pay maximum.
The first thing though I would do reorganize the goverment structure - to benefit all and not just a few.
