What Gives Me Hope	Almost nothing - at least about this country. If McCain wins, I'm moving to Italy. Seriously. Plenty of things give me hope about my life, however. I have great friends, I love my town, the weather, my kitties, my businesses, etc.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	1) Come up with a REAL plan to lessen our dependence on oil (foreign & domestic), and gradually phase it out completely. 2) Force every person who tries to knock down a historic building to prove why they think they have the right to - in court. Educate Americans about why historic preservation is smart growth, and how it saves money, time, infrastructure, our communities, the very fabric of society 3) Overhaul animal rights from top to bottom - farm animals, pets, exotic animals, breeding, EVERYTHING.
