If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Pass a law forcing corporate contributers to make state donations to primary and secondary education to match dollar for dollar all monies given to political candiditates in any states. The same would apply to all personal donations of $1000 or more. MAKE MARIJUANA LEGAL!
