My Goals are to have:v     A gallery space for my workv     A good studio spacev     A gallery / exhibit / performance space for other artists v     A community learning center for the arts, mind / body, dance, environmental awarenessv     A small basic coffee shop, offering coffee / tea, and locally made baked goods; no specialty coffee drinks and nothing made on site except for the coffee / tea to keep permitting down to a minimum, but be able to provide a place for people to come and “hang out” enjoy local art and the company of others v     Possibly a community dark / light room as well as a reference library for the arts, mind & body v     In a progressive small city or a large town
