Compassionate and strong willed, but caring and open-minded. I do possess that Cuban woman temper but I'm pretty sensitive inside. I am passionate about animal rights and welfare, hospice, massage therapy, and my family and friends.
Human life is of no more value than any other form of life on this planet. Every living thing is a teacher if we choose to learn from it and each has its place in the world.
What Gives Me Hope
God has a plan for me and I have a purpose that will benefit the world.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
I would make more laws that protect animals and how they are treated. Also, I would take down Castro and free the Cuban people to rebuild that beautful island and make a better life for its people.
What/who changed my life and why
Working for hospice changed my life because it gave me the compassion for all people, even strangers. It taught me about life and death and how special those events are. Death is a final chapter and I am proud to say I provided comfort to those in need. I have a gift with the elderly and I made a difference in hospice.
Another thing that changed my life was my addiction and the struggle and recovery from that. Facing death right in the face was scary but pulling myself back up gave me some permanent self-awareness and trust in myself.
