I'm a yoga instructor and an outdoor enthusiast. I've started my own business to bring those two worlds together. I lead yoga hikes in the San Francisco Bay Area and teach at studios and parks in the area as well. I'm also huge on volunteering...here are the organizations I volunteer for on a regular basis:

What/who changed my life and why "High Tide: The Truth about Our Climate Crisis" by Mark Lynas
It has made me aware of the effects of my behavior on the world from a global perspective. My favorite part about the book is it provides practical suggestions for changes in your everyday life that really can make a difference. I now ride my bike to work, the grocery store, the bank, etc. cutting out unnecessary short drives in my neighborhood. It's good for the environment and good for me too. :)
