If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by i would address some elder,child care because remember our elders kept this country runninng before we us now the government would rather pay for a teen to have 3 kids than spend money on our mothers and fathers.i would build more solar energy powererd,cars houses ,get a big tent and just live in the forest near a lake near a river.
