If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by

Create neighborhood programs that would try to help the elderly with their needs. Focus on kids having the food and clothing that they need. All spay/neuter procedures would be free. Care for domestic animals would be highlighted. No dogs chained out in the yard. All animals must have proper shelter, food, and water. No second chances, large fines.

What/who changed my life and why

The event that changed my life was my encounter with breast cancer, because it taught me to have a lot more patience with people, and helped me to see that "stuff" really isn't what its all about.
