Look into your school's find that since the 0 tolerant was passed that school suspensionseems to be what the school's jump on all to aftean.

Do away with Suspension on the bully and the bullied children instead, give them in school suspension, school cleaning, counselling in school and out of school for the bully and teach the bullied child better ways to deal with the bully, anything is better then Suspension! Do not suspend a bullied child for standing up for them self's instead if it results in a fight and you find cause for a suspension make it an in school one with counseling.
