Come get to know me...

I living in northern Indiana at Family Homestead Community. Most people know me as Brenda Lee, but here I am known as Nanna Brenda. My life is spent by daily trying to look for ways to help others learn about Christ and how to apply the way he wants us to live in our lives of today.
I do not focus upon telling others about Christ, because my life should be one that shows Christ in everything. My heart cries out because so many people have falling away from all of what Christ has for them. I do not stand to judge, because who am I, but a servent of one greater then I. I only shed tears when I see my fellow sisters and brothers suffering.
Not long ago a young girl came to me and said, I have grown up in church but I never knew how to put Christ into action through my own life. This same young girl is now married and she has grown so much in her life with the Lord, that I find myself learning from her. It is time to come together, join together, share together and learn to be all we can be...

Wild Fact About Me	I believe in people joining together, living together in a communal type living where everyone shares, cares, and works together to make things happen. Living as much as possible off the land and even sharing 100% income. Money to those of us that live here is nothing more then a tool to be used to help aid in survival, not to become a main part of life. This maybe due to the Amish-Mennonite Back ground that some of us come from. However, please Note: We respect the Lord and the Marriage Vows. We will share the Lord with everyone, but Marriage is only between a man and a woman.
My Philosophy	Live today to the best possible way to show love, caring and respect. Let our walk in life be what people see as a statement for the Lord, Not in Words, But in Works shall we be known.
What Gives Me Hope	The fact that I have given my life over to the Lord. Through Christ love, his birth, death and being rose again, we can be forgiven and invite Christ to live in our Lives and Have ever-lasting life.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	With the increase of communities having homeless people, and families going hungry I would work toward starting a housing unit that everyone works there to help become able to produce food, learn a trade, get along with others and then they would be fed, warm, clothed and have hopes towards an improved future.
What/who changed my life and why	The Love of Christ. He lived and Died for Us all, He is my Inspiration and role model for life.
