Wild Fact About Me Many vegans tend to drive me crazy. They act so self-righteous. I have a CELLULOSE INTOLERANCE. I CANNOT SIT AROUND ALL DAY MUNCHING LETTUCE! It makes my stomach HURT worse than anything else! Potatoes are about as far as I can go.. Purees work since the cellulose is broken down. But the main option is not there for me!
