If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Free healthcare - premium healthcare only to those who wish to do more complicated health procedures.

Make sure there are at least three homeless shelters per major city.

Do daily searches for homeless/ parentless children and direct them to a foster home, also take homeless animals to the pound or animal center.
What/who changed my life and why I watch loads of nature and educational programs, I started so as a child which is where I got my awareness started.
I never really watched cartoons, and got into politics at an early age. My life was changed long ago before I had the chance to argue.
