If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Establish approriate technology in development and industry so we would finally stop mindlessly destroying our environment. If you live in the desert it doesn't make sense to build a giantic square piece of crap house out on an open bluff. Put it underground!!! it is much more efficient. Kill the american dream and show people a better one.
