What/who changed my life and why a video I was required to watch when I was a manager at Petsmart that showed to WHOLE process of what happens to the shelter dogs that do not get adopted. It made me cry & feel sick to my stomach; but ever since that day 9 or 10 years ago, I have done everything I can to make others aware of the pet over-population problem.
