Set Goals:
Goal setting should be a regular part of anyone's life. Know what goals you want to set and achieve them working towards them daily, You can work backwards to find what you need to achieve them. Include as much details as possible. be it with color the feeling of a first pay check or new car or the first A+ you would get is great...

Teach Others:
 show or tell someone else what you have learned, as this will reinforce  your comprehension. research shows that we remember about 90% of what we teach...

Drink Water:
Feed the body to hhelp your mind. Drinking around 8 glasses of water daily is not only important for generL health, but dehydration can lead to a lack of concerntration...

Eat Right:
Avoid foods or drinks with high sugars,Fatsand anything with white flour in it. When it digest in your  body system it goes like glue which is difficult to digest eat small meals through out the day and ensure that you have breakfast...

Take Regular Breaks:
Study 20 to 40 minutes at a time, as this is your optimum concerntration span...

The best state of learning is when your'e relaxed. try closing your eyes and focus on your breathing...

Get Enough Sleep:
Different people require different amounts of sleep. However as a general rule of thumb, most people require approx 7-8 hours of sleep...

Study At the Right Time:
Ensure study when you are most effective. Be it in the morning, afternoon or evening...

Use Mnemonics:
There are various types to make memorising easier using stories and the more graphic and silly the sentence the better it is to remember...

Do old test exam papers when you can to indicate what notes you basically need to answer questions...

Reduce Key Words:
Always hight as you through your papers can save you time and stress at the end of the day easier prepared.

Reward Yourself:
Once you have ahcieved your goals and milestones give yourself the best treatment and have fun along the journey....
