If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Greatly increase efforts to eradicate poverty in Africa through sustainable development, education and business. Set stricter caps on permissible CO2 emmisions and make laws requiring cars to have high fuel efficiency and particle filters. Outlaw unprovoked preemptive strikes.
