If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Everybody would have to be vegan, and then I would make all the junkies/boozers infertile because they abuse their kids, and give pedos/rapists a death penalty. Oh and I would stop MOST abortions, by eradicating unwanted pregnancies, oh in an ideal world! eh.
