lucid dreamer

I am lucid dreamer, if your unsure what this is. It means when I am asleep and I am in REM (rapid eye movment) state I am couscious of my dreams and can recall them when I am awake. When I say couscious of my dreams, I mean I can percieve the actions or the theme of the dream and know it is not real, thus sometimes when I have a vivid dream in high lucidity I am able to change the course of the dream or make a new dream up, and such as been able to fly in dreams which is invigorating.
