If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Offer, I'd love to mandate it, a public re-education program. We would tackle the Greed Motivation and it's effect on our quality of life. We would explain the importance of the original purpose of separation of church and state, and reinstate it as a basic tenant of legislative practice. And, claiming 1st Amendment, 4th, rights as an excuse to perpetrate and perpetuate lies would no longer be excused behaviour.
