As many of you already know, I am involved in fundraising efforts for St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Day School, an Episcopal Day School educating children in Nursery through Eighth Grade. This year we will have our 5th Annual Gala Auction, themed “Hoolah for the Moolah”.This event plays a vital role in funding the growth and continued enrichment of our school and its programs.I am writing on behalf of St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Day School and the fundraising team to request your support in the form of a tax-deductible donation.
For those of you who may not be familiar with St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Day School, we are a well established Episcopal Schoolthat has been “Teaching the Minds and Touching the Hearts” for more than fifty years. In the past 10 years we have grown from being primarily a preschool to include Elementary and Middle School education. We have a strong program in which we educate the “whole child”, nurturing their spiritual, social, and academic development and one in which social responsibility remains a cornerstone.St. Martin’s recently began the two year process to become a Maryland Green School.Your contribution to our auction will help raise the funds needed to achieve this endeavor as well as enhance all our programs through additional technology, academic resources, and unique experiences.
I am asking you to help this year by giving a tax deductible donation to St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Day School. We work hard to provide a quality, Episcopal education to our students each year and I hope I can count on your for a donation of items or services to be included in our Annual Gala Auction.
I thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to your contribution. If you need additional information regarding St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Day School and the programs we offer, please do not hesitate to contact us at 410-647-7055.
