I am also known as Mirabai to some in the online community.

I moved to Washington State in 1997 (Read “My Story”) and was immediately introduced to Linda Glendenning, owner of Cove Crystals. She placed the very first crystal in my hand (a lovely Moon Stone tumble),which began my love and passion for all things crystal.

In 1998, I began my self study of crystals, minerals and stones which is ongoing to this day. I approach my studies not only from the metaphysical standpoint, but the geological aspects as well, which offers a more well rounded perspective.

MoonCave Crystals was born in March, 2003 and has grown into a well known and respected website and online shop.

In 2004 I completed a comprehensive guide of healing crystals entitled Gemstone Healing Guide-A Healing Apothecary. This book is used as a comprehensive reference for metaphysical stores, websites and individuals. Chapters are divided by Physical, Emotional and Higher Self with complementing crystals named in each chapter under the appropriate issue.

I have been the featured Crystal columnist for The Meta Arts Magazine (May 2003 - Sept 2004) as well as the Crystal “Expert” at MetaphysicalUSA. I have also been guest speaker on “Visible By Numbers” with Alison Baughman, an internet talk radio show on bbsradio.com

I am the creator and Moderator of a local Crystal Circle group, offer Crystal Readings and Crystal Consultations and have written a Home Study Course, all available through MoonCave Crystals.

Why add a Blog into the mix? To assist me in reaching as many people as possible–whether you are just starting out and have questions, or to offer information to those that seek it, and assist with issues you may be facing.
