Wild Fact About Me I rode my horse, Salty, (Salty Synsake, a beloved registered Arabian and granddaughter to Synbad), everywhere when I was a teenager growing up in central Minnesota over a time frame of about two and a half years before my family moved to another town....yes, I mean everywhere, including to the local dairy queen, to the high school (as a matter of fact, I got called to the principal's office once when one of my shetland ponies had decided to take the trek alone and was out grazing on the front lawn), to friends houses, and everywhere else I could go around the neighboring countryside within about a 25 mile radius of my home, and then some... Sometimes I would ride with others, but most of the time it was just me and my horse, my trusted friend. I just loved to ride. I still do.
