Hi to all who are reading this!!!  I'm on this site to make a difference for the causes that I care so deeply about.  I believe that not one of us has all of the answers and in listening to and learning from one another we can become so much wiser.  If I had a magic wand holding only one wish, it would be to put an end to war and violence...  I believe that once there is peace on earth and compassion for one another, everything else will fall into place.  I am the "mother bear" of two great boys... ages 21 and 13, who I will love and protect for eternity.  I live in a beach community along the coast of so Ca. and not a day goes by without me feeling grateful for the beauty which surrounds me.  The ocean gives me energy and I can't imagine ever being too far away from it.  I'm crazy in love with my animals... they are a huge part of my life and happiness.  More to be written when I have the time. : )

A PUPPY'S PRAYER

Now I lay me down to sleep

The king-size bed is soft and deep

I sleep right in the center groove

My human being can hardly move!

I' ve trapped their legs, they're tucked in tight

And here is where I pass the night

No one disturbs me or dares intrude

Till morning comes and "I want food!"

I sneak up slowly to begin

My nibbles on my mommy's chin.

For the morning's here and it's time to play

I always seem to get my way.
