I love scrapbooking and when I needed to do something more with my free time I decided to put my love of scrapbooking to good use.Inthe summer of 2006 I started a fundraising program called Scrapping 4 Inclusion.
Scrapping 4 Inclusion is a nationwide awareness and fundraising campaign that solely benefits The Bubel/Aiken Foundation (TBAF).
The vision for Scrapping 4 Inclusion is to develop a network of volunteers across the USA who will organize a fundraising scrapbooking event in their own community.
For more information, to get involved or to participate in an event in your community please feel free to join the Scrapping 4 Inclusion group.
Everything happens for a reason. What happens today is so that you can be in the place you need to be tomorrow. Even the most tragic things in life happen for a reason. Losing my mom almost 2 years ago has proven that to me in ways I never imagined.
What Gives Me Hope
Good people. They are everywhere.... you just need to open your heart and look.... they are everywhere.

What/who changed my life and why
Clay Aiken. I know it's very strange but true. Out of absolutely nowhere when I was at the lowest point I've been EVER (after losing my mom). I woke up one morning and Clay's voice was in my head. He was saying "It’s important that I make a difference in some way. It’s not necessarily about how I make a difference but I want to make sure that I do."
This was like that song that never ends.... he wouldn't get out of my head...... now almost 2 years later I'm working with his Foundation helping to include children with disabilties into LIFE! I'm working with some great people and we are all getting to scrapbook our way to making a difference. I created this program in the summer of 2006 and I've never enjoyed life like I do now and it's all because I was strong enough to listen to Clay talk to me. God picked him to send me the message, who knows why, who really cares..... I listened and that's all that matters. I can't believe I'm telling 8 million people this story. Oh well, it's the truth and I'm proud of it.
