Wilderness and Wildlife

My passion lies in the peaceful coexistence with wildlife and nature, and the preservation of vast Open Areas and Wilderness for all non-human species.

We have already taken so very much for ourselves and left so very little for the "other" inhabitants of this planet...we must have stewards who will speak for those who do not have a voice for their existence.

Although retired, my husband and I have become quite proficient at Nature and Wildlife photography...at times taking photos of species that we know our great-grandchildren may some day only see in our images, because they failed to survive in the environment that we, as humans, created.

If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	Stop funding wars and start funding our planet and all its' inhabitants. With all the abundance on our planet, there is no excuse for hunger and homelessness and abuse and extinction, for humans and for wildlife.
What/who changed my life and why	My Mother...she taught me how to love and how not to hate. By her example, I learned that the differences between cultures and colors and religions and boundries are to be celebrated and explored, not feared. A priceless gift that I am grateful for every single day.
