Here in Maine recently there have been a great many protests at military funerals. I don't believe this to be the right course of action. When one joins the military, they take an oath to server their country until death. These protesters rally near military funerals and attempt to disrupt the funerals, because they're mad at the things the government ORDERS the soldiers to do. It's not the soldier's fault, he/she were following orders that he/she took an oath to follow. I believe everyone has the right to a proper burial and no matter the choices the make they deserve at least that. I can only hope that protesters will eventually see that in these days of turmoil, the last thing anyone should be doing is poking fun of the dead.

My Philosophy	I believe that humans have broken away from nature, we have become so powerful that we are going to destroy ourselves, and the world with it. We sought this power in an attempt to immortalize ourselves in memory. In an attempt to be better than the animals we think so lowly of, when in truth we have become more beastly than they could ever be. However, I am no pessimist, I still think we have a chance to change our fate, but first we must find in ourselves the desire to change. The majority of citizens don't know or don't care about the fate of the world, they only care about their new IPod and Facebook Status. If we can change this "I don't care and I don't want to care so don't tell me" attitude then maybe, just maybe we may find hope. But we can't wait until tomorrow to act, as every day we wait we come one step closer to the point of no return for humanity.
What Gives Me Hope	The beauty of the forests,the serene tranquility of the ocean, the innocence and laughter of children, the spark of life and the amazing desire life has to live on...
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by	To disengage all nuclear projects, civil and military, all across the world. I would then send all nuclear waste on a crash course with the sun, as well with all instruction on how to make nuclear reactors and weapons. The existence of nuclear energy is the single and greatest threat to life on this planet.
What/who changed my life and why	Serj Tankian and System Of A Down, they've brought the troubles of the world to my attention, I used to be just as ignorant as the majority until I heard S.O.A.D.
