Limited Perception & the Great Money Myth
by Jazlan Ahn
“Limited thought is the ultimate puppet of fear. It simply cannot help itself. It is designed to be dependent upon another construct, form or reality in order for it to perform and survive”.
Throughout history, the general population of humanity has demonstrated an incredible lack of peripheral vision. It has assumed there is only one reality that exists. We have often been told that the existence of an alternate reality other than the one which is viewed through traditional perception is false or untrue. The truth is we are writing the story of our own mythology every day of our lives. The myth is the story of our lives. It creates the backdrop of our expression in the world and supports our purpose for living. The myth assists us in the creation of a reality construct that will give our lives texture and meaning. Humanity has often invested in a single concept and perception of reality. It has fought and surrendered lives in the name of a belief which held the fabric of the understanding of security and purpose for living intact. Every war that has ever been fought has based its purpose on a concept which justifies its actions through belief and perception. These particular types of thought forms have often been cultivated and perpetuated through fear, its association with security and survival, and how it is structured through family, tradition and/or religion. Many of these beliefs or myths are based upon a commitment to build a solid structure of form which would basically provide security on all levels. The “need” for security suggests there is an element of vulnerability without it.
Humanity has depended upon the concept and creation of money for its critical link to survival and security. The basic dependency upon money allows human consciousness to justify it as a survival based mechanism. Fear and dependency go hand in hand. The attachment to money as a survival mechanism has often generated a cycle of dependency as well as a fear of lack. Desperation and fear are famous companions of dependency and lack. The dependency of money -as a fear based requirement for survival has generated a spin cycle of power, wealth, and control vs. defeat, lack, and ruin. These polar opposites agitate and work off of one another through the induction of subtle or obvious fear based repetitive myths. This type of behavior is not limited to money. Any form of dependency is susceptible to corruption of any form.
The human body does not require money in order to biologically function. It is naturally dependent upon air, food and water. The human body is an organic, living creation. Money is not a living organism yet it has become an aspect of survival which has socially integrated itself into human necessity and culture. Money has evolved and progressed into an appendage of human consciousness for the purpose of trade, exchange, security and survival. It has integrated itself into human consciousness in a variety of ways. Money has been given its own altar where it has been worshipped, feared, honored, sacrificed, and catered to. It is simply a creation of trade which has often been utilized as a vehicle of corruption and manipulation throughout the world. Humanity has empowered money in the same way that it empowers any other god, goddess, or deity. Money has often been tagged as a scapegoat mechanism for humanity’s emotional and mental link to self worth, confidence, success, failure, defeat, and unworthiness.
Human consciousness has actualized the myth of money and integrated it as a vehicle for supporting and nurturing life. Money is a poor substitute and replacement for genuine nourishment. The quality of nurturing is a maternal, feminine aspect of creation. Money cannot replace the vital aspect of maternal nourishment although it has been used to suffice in many ways. Money is not the culprit of control, manipulation, or evil yet it has been used as a calculated device which is utilized as a vehicle of control and manipulation. Money is just another myth that has been adopted by human consciousness and perpetuated through various thought forms of repetition and saturation.
In order to transform the myths that surround money, it may be necessary to unravel and expose the human origins of unworthiness. Humanity would have to be committed to investing in its personal and energetic homework. When human consciousness embodies the truth of these particular constructs; the structures of money, trade, and exchange will have opportunity for complete change and transformation. The origins of the corruption of money are closely related to political and religious control, manipulation, oppression, separation, limitation, and war.
The dawning of the Bronze Age ushered in a wave of patriarchal domination. Patriarchal domination became the new authority over trade and exchange through politics, religion, and law. Prior to the Bronze Age there were agrarian cultures, who honored the earth and celebrated the fertility of the feminine aspect of creation. Livestock, herbs, vegetables, food, pottery, jewelry and textiles were used as a means of trade and exchange.
Trade and exchange were originally clean and simple representations of gratitude and payment. Trade and exchange are representations of giving, receiving, nurturing, replenishment, growth, harvest, and creation. The physical gesture of trade and exchange are actions generated by three vital impulses of spirit: conservation, reproduction and evolution. These are maternal qualities of life which are also represented through the process of gestation, birth, and death. In its purest form, the maternal quality of life embraces the feminine as well as the masculine components of creation. The action or motion of trade and exchange are vitally linked to the sacred foundations of life; fertility and creation. The concept of the cycle of trade and exchange may seem basic and simple. The fact of the matter is matter or shall we say, mother. The cycle of trade and exchange is a powerful generator of creation and/or destruction. The actual concept of trade and exchange is more valuable than any form of wealth or prosperity. If bankers and government could monopolize on the actual "concept" of trade and exchange, they would be able to control the world... Unfortunately, this was not a well kept secret. The struggle to control and simulate the concept of the cycle of trade and exchange has been at the core of every war, conflict, and hostile take over.
Patriarchal domination replaced matriarchal tradition and earth based spirituality. The simple, earthly creations which were honored, revered, and utilized for trade and exchange were eliminated. The new form of exchange evolved into coins which were marked or stamped with an authority or religious figure, decorated with symbols, and generated for the purpose of trade and exchange, as well as power and control. The future of money may strive to change its form through technology. This would only make matters worse.
The consciousness of the dependency of money cannot be changed at the level of its current status and representation. Change is not too much to ask when the future of a balanced, peaceful, and healthy life is at stake. It will require complete change in order to balance our world. This includes government and politics. At this particular juncture in time and space, we can adjust our consciousness through the manner in which we utilize money. This may be achieved through charity, donations, and prayer. Prosperity consciousness begins with self inquiry and resolution of limiting constructs of thought such as; unworthiness, despair, defeat, and hopelessness. These are illusions which can be transformed and dissolved. Revelation happens when we clarify and transcend perception. Change is possible when we utilize clarity from a transcended vantage point; one that has developed from a fertile and new perspective.
The concept of money as a fear based device for survival originated during a time when the matriarch was stripped away from the heart of human consciousness. The sacred archetypes, symbols and representations of the nurturing quality of life were ravaged and discarded. They were eventually removed and forgotten through a proven formula. This formula involved the repetitive application, assault, and saturation of oppression and separation. This is sometimes referred to as dividing and conquering. This ancient formula of oppression has managed to work its way through human history through passive, subtle and obvious methods of deception. It is not a secret. It is a revolving doorway of repetitive applications of subtle, covert, and obvious suggestions.
Money is a power talisman. It has been given power, prisoners, and slaves. Money is a concept. It is not the ultimate solution for trade and exchange. Money is an artificial representation of creation, spirit, and form. It is vulnerable to corruption when it is artificially represented and simulated. The concept of money is not the actual root of all evil. It is the device, container, representation, or programming of money that is vulnerable to corruption. It is fear that corrupts and separates the truth from illusion. The true villain and culprit of the corruption of money has nothing to do with the cycle of trade and exchange. It has everything to do with fear.
Peace and prosperity will flourish when human consciousness embodies the truth that it is worthy of love, happiness, health, prosperity, beauty, intelligence, and a quality lifestyle. Humanity will automatically adapt to harmonious, healthy ways of living when it incorporates a daily practice of recognizing and honoring the incredible gift of life that it has been given.
Humanity has always had an opportunity for change and transformation resting patiently beneath their feet. The soul of the planet earth is a well spring of replenishment and knowledge. The earth is a representation of the divine maternal aspect of creation- in physical form. Nature is a sacred earthly refuge for the human soul. The human mind has often prevented this gift from being acknowledged. A new method of trade, exchange or monetary system based on integrity and honoring of the nature kingdoms will automatically transcend oppressive structures and corrupt organizations. It will allow human consciousness to free itself from old mental constructs of fear based separation and limitation. The maternal aspect of creation is represented in nature throughout all of the elemental kingdoms.
Money cannot nurture the human soul. Despite the hopes of many people, money cannot replenish, replace, or be used as a substitute for the absence of maternal comfort, nurturing, compassion, and healing. It can definitely assist us in finding the way, but until the old ways of monetary control and manipulation have transformed, it is suggested that prayer and blessings be offered on a regular basis. Humanity is invited to participate in a daily routine of blessing and purifying their personal money resources prior to use. It is not a complicated process; all that is necessary is intention, and perhaps a prayer or two. Any sacred method of choice will be sufficient. The ultimate method of the transformation of money lies in healing the wounds of unworthiness.
The absence of the sacred matriarch and divine feminine aspect of creation has been missing in human society ever since the dawn of the Bronze Age. Humanity has been crying out for its mother through a variety of behaviors ever since. The quality and essence of nurturing and replenishment can be found through a practice of honoring the divine mother aspect of the planet earth. Early matriarchal societies understood the value of the earth’s sacred gifts. They enjoyed a life of peace, community, harvest and abundance.
Infinite reality exists outside of the boundaries of money consciousness. A new planetary threshold of infinite consciousness is a reality. It is not a new age fairy tale. It is no longer defined as a myth. It is clearly a matter of awareness, choice and intention. We are in the midst of one of the greatest shifts in consciousness this planet has ever witnessed. Stepping stones are important aspects in the evolution of consciousness.
When we shift from personal mythology to infinite possibility we will know that we have finally arrived. What will we do when we get there? We will know what to do when we know ourselves as sovereign creations of one source. Infinite consciousness is all about unity. The first step to unity is sovereignty. Unity is a wonderful word but it cannot exist without the cohesion of sovereign fellowship. A sovereign being is one who knows what it means to live an authentic life. A sovereign being expresses their life through divine will. The way to achieve unity is by evolving into sovereign human beings.
Even though human beings are infinite, multi-dimensional beings we have been given the option to choose our own destiny. It is known as free will. Free will is about choice and action. Free will is a gift of choice. It is a responsibility to behold and has absolutely no use if it is not put to use. Humanity has an opportunity to utilize this divine gift of empowerment and decide what it wants to do with its future. The consciousness of emotional and mental deprivation is not available to respond to the needs of the planet earth. The healing of the planet has to begin with human consciousness. It can be restored through the connection of the divine feminine aspect of creation. Humanity has free will to change the old ways of limitation, oppression and destruction. It has recently been given a wake up call to create new ways of living in peace, balance, and equanimity in partnership with the planet earth. It is an opportune time to take a stand for humanity’s partnership with planet earth.
Drastic change requires expansive thought. Daily recognition, appreciation and gratitude for mother earth will honor the planet and nurture the soul of humanity.
Celebrate the gift of life! Be the Planet!
