I am currently organizing Workshops and giving Deekshas the best I can... Life is a process and the only constant is change... Life is an experience...is a mistery...it is like eating ice cream...you do not need to know where it was made...or who made it...or with what...or the calories count... for you to enjoy it...and...I have been using "The Work" of Byron Katie wich is a way to embrace thoughts with understanding and makes us aware, its been a year now and I am now more clear and loving, and almost everytime I find myself believing my stresfull thoughts, I use this inquire to find my truth again...

In short, if your friend is happy, you are more likely to be happy, at least 15% more likely. If a friend of a friend is happy, then you are 10% more likely to be happy.
