Stability has just increased to -2 allowing Xhosa to DoW Kongo within the two-year period of temporary CB. Over 29.5K cavalry blitz Kongo's three border provinces. Nearly 10K cavalry will be present in each of Kongo's border provinces on the first of September. Nearly 13K infantry wait on ships. The infantry are destined to arrive in port on the first of September and run to assault Ndongo and Congo as cavalry clear the way. In Teke, Kongo's conquistador with 500 men should be an easy target. A wave attack is used since 4K cavalry can arrive in the forested province of Teke before the first of the month without attrition.
