Thea is a darling! She came to us in February of 1999 and was in very bad shape... she'd been hit by a car, which had badly fractured her left ankle, and had then been attacked by an animal - evidenced by some very ugly slashes along her spine. It's a wonder she found us - we live out in the middle of nowhere.
She now lives a very happy and secure life with us. Surgery repaired her ankle - she now walks with a slight limp. This does not slow her down, however, as her prowess at hunting is unexcelled! She is also a finger and toe nibbler, and we love her even more for that.
Sweet Thea, we love you!
