As one of the South Korean citizens I have to express my deepest gratitudes for what the United States of American troops had shed their bloods to defend my country. This monument indicates that the number of soldiers Killed In Action is 867, Wounded in Action numbered 3,188 with the operation had performed by the U.S. 5th Regimental Combat Team (Infantry). They said "We are proud. Every Mission - Accomp! I was also a soldier. Ahhhhh! My Salute to them ---- !
