AniTa, it was renal failure. We tried everything - he was on a drip over the weekend before he died. It all happened so suddenly and I don't think I have taken it in properly. I miss him so badly. He was such a gentle big darling. Jessie, I am just so sad that he won't be here when you come in June. Thanks to everyone for such lovely comments.

Thanks, Kristi. I do appreciate your comment. He was so happy here. He was a very happy cat. I miss him so much. I would wake up in the morning with his big face beside me, his big eyes staring at me. It was a joy. He was always loved and fussed over so he had a happy three and a half years. I am thankful for that.
