caught drinking eating hill outdoor wine

The monastery is a 20th century structure. It is atop a wooded hill on the southern side of the island. We caught phaetons par tof the way, and then walked up the hill. The monks run this wonderful outdoor restaurant, where we passed a pleasant time eating heavenly kofte and drinking red wine (made by the monks) 15th September 1990
