http://www.equalitymatters.org/ -- In a majority of states, employees can be fired just for being gay, which can put a huge burden on any family's financial security. Not to mention how all businesses loose out by not employing gay people for their expertise, taste, flair, knowledge, maturity, people skills and delightful appreciated personality (no longer in the closet).. If it was me fired from somewhere for being as feminine as I am, I would completely freak out on them and end up in Jail after it all. I wouldn’t deserve to go to jail for standing up for my rights, but that’s where they’d probably put me. At least they wouldn’t behead me like they do in some countries like Saudi Arabia; as if they’re living in the 16 Century or something.. Employers that fire gay people because of being gay, should be in court on trial and then in prison on the month following… They should be educated completely about their Homophobia and “Hate-Spreading”. When I started to grow my nails really pretty while working as a Hairdresser for Fiorio, He hated it and asked me to cut them because it’s not Halloween.. But you’d think it was Halloween because of how Fugly and Scary he was!! All Homophobic People and those who claim they are not but say derogatory statements to others regarding people like me (faggots, sissies, pansies etc,) are really Fugly & Scary..
