Fred was the first injured bird we adopted 6 years ago. She had a huge growth hanging off her stomach and two years ago our local vet was able to remove it. Fred is nearly 40 years old and when we got her she was not in great shape and had been living in a pub, being fed beer and cigs so we were told. She is now one very healthy bird, and talks a bit as well.
