This is a success story. Early last year we found this bird in our garden covered in blood, hence the name Rambo. He had been attacked by a cat and had part of the wing missing. Our vet gave it antibiotics but didn't like its chances of survival. Six months later after intensive care we were able to release Rambo but he stayed around our house as he had a problem flying. A few months after this he started to fly off with the flock each evening. He still comes every morning and stays for the day and flys off in the evening.
